Dane County First-Time Buyer Assistance Funds
First-time home buyers thinking of buying in Dane County but outside of Madison should look into HOME Funds available from Dane County. These funds are interest free, deferred loans available to income eligible buyers. 55 Dane County communities are participating in the program.
