Madison Property Values
I get asked about property values frequently. I often refer buyer and sellers to the link below. It is an annual summary of property assessment changes by neighborhood published by the Wisconsin State Journal every year.
2010 reflected the first city-wide decline in property values in 31 years. As the economy picks up, so will property values. With today’s extremely low interest rates, now is probably the best buying opportunity we may see in a lifetime.
