About Us
Pam comes from a long line of real estate professionals. She began her career working under her father Robert Castleberg, who is a 52 year veteran of Stark Company Realtors. Pam herself has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has experience in new construction sales, condominium conversions, and property management.
Jim is in his 6th year working in real estate sales. He has consistently achieved sales to be included among Stark Company Realtors’ leading sales agents. His experience includes new construction sales and commercial property sales.
Prior to joining Stark Company Realtors, Jim worked in the field of consumer product marketing, establishing distribution in international markets.
Pam and Jim joined forces in 2008 to better serve their clients through their combined skills and experience.
Little known facts: Pam is a closet poet. Jim speaks Japanese.
